Dieser Schredder ist auf einem Raupen-Fahrgestell montiert. Somit können Sie mit diesem Häcksler in jedes unwegsame Gelände fahren. Der Antrieb erfolgt über einen leistungsstarken 17PS Diesel Lombardini LDW702 (alternativ sind auch leistungsstärkere Benzin- und Diesel-Motoren lieferbar). Der Häcksler hat eine eigene Ölversorgung und verfügt über Vor- und Rücklauf. Das Holz wird hydraulisch über 2 Einzugswalzen zum Messer befördert. Der Häcksler hat insgesamt 2 Messer. Gesamtgewicht ca. 430kg. Auslieferung erfolgt im vormontierten Zustand.
Die Hackmaschine Green-technik CIP1300 ist eine sehr kompakte und äußerst handliche professionelle Hackmaschine. Diese ist geeignet zum schnellen und kostengünstigen Häckseln großer Mengen von Stämmen, Zweigwerk, Säge- und Baumschnittabfällen.
Dank eines Systems von 2 hydraulischen Einzugswalzen mit Einstellung der Geschwindigkeit und einer mit zwei Messern ausgestatteten Hackscheibe mit einem Durchmesser von 570 mm und einer Dicke von 25 mm wird das hölzerne Material
in kleine Stücke von 0,5/2 cm (Chips) zerkleinert.
Dieses kann danach zum natürlichen Schutz
der Oberflächen (Mulchen) oder als Brennstoff in den entsprechenden Heizanlagen verwendet werden.
Der drehbare Auswurfkanal ermöglicht den Auswurf des Materials in einer Höhe von 2,30 m. Der geräumige und schließbare Einzugstrichter gestattet beim Transport mit landwirtschaftlichen Traktoren eine weitere Reduzierung der Ausmaße.
Das serienmäßig gelieferte Anti-Stress-System sorgt automatisch für die richtige Dosierung des Materials im Verhältnis zur verfügbaren
Leistung und zur Art des Materials, das zerkleinert werden soll.
